PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk - Bank BJB is Bandung based publicly-listed regional development banking company. As of December 2013, Bank BJB is 38.26% owned by West Java Provincial Government, 23.61% by West Java municipal Governments, 5.37% by Banten Provincial Government, 7.76% by Banten municipal Goverments, and 25% by public. By the end of 2013, the Bank has 62 branches, 304 sub branches, 266 cash offices, 107 payment points, 11 mobile cash units and also 1,139 proprietary ATMs throughout Indonesia. According to Bank BJB's 2013 annual report published earlier this year as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Bank's growth remains solid in 2013. Bank BJB's latest annual report showed that its net income amounted to Rp 1.38 trillion in the end of 2013, a 15.34 percent rise from Rp 1.19 trillion in 2012.

Requirements
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Minimum 3 years diploma program (D3)
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00)
- Preferably able to speak in English both oral and written
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Preferably Female
- Not married and willing to not get married for 1 year
- Retirement age at 36 years

- Willing to be stationed in all working area of Bank BJB throughout Indonesia
- Passed in all selection process
- Selection process will held at Denpasar Bali
