PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN or known as Bank BTN is a state-owned public banks with focus on mortgage loan services. Initially registered as Postspaarbank at first establishment. Bank BTN is 60.14% owned by the Government of Indonesia. By the end of September 2013, Bank BTN has 843 office networks, 1,504 proprietary ATMs, and 2,922 outlets by the Post Office Online Outlets throughout Indonesia. To boost BTN’s capacity in providing mortgage loans, the Government of Indonesia through the State-Owned Enterprises Ministry plan to release its 60.14% to Bank Mandiri in 2014. But the BTN Workers Union (SP BTN) rejected this plan. According to Bank BTN’s 2013 annual report published earlier this year as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Bank reported 131.17 trilion in total assets, a 17.38 percent rise from Rp111.7 trillion in the previous year.

Supporting Staff Grade 11 (Code : SS - BSS)

Requirements

• Minimum S1/D3 from any majors (preferably D3) with GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Willing to be stationed in all working units of Bank BTN throughout Indonesia

Supporting Staff Grade 9

Requirements

• Minimum D3 from any majors with GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Willing to be stationed in all working units of Bank BTN throughout Indonesia

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
• In priority Males
• Not married
• Maximum age of 24 years old, has not been repeated 25th years per 31 May 2014
• Not having family relationship (father / mother / brother / sister / children) with BTN's employees
• Minimum height 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female)
• Weight proportional
• Already holding an original academic certificate/diploma (not receiving SKL)
