PT Krakatau Posco - PTKP or commonly known as Krakatau Posco is Cilegon Banten based slab and plate manufacturers with rapid business expansion. The Company is a multinational joint venture company betwen state-owned steel manufacturers PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk with South Korea based steel manufacturer Pohang Iron and Steel Corporation (POSCO), respectively with share ownership of 30% and 70%. PT Krakatau Posco was established in 2010. Since December 2013, the Company's production facility officially started its production activities with total production capacity of 3 million tons of slab annually at first phase. At second phase of construction at 2014 will reach 6 million tons annually.
