PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk - BNI or Bank BNI is a reliable state-owned public banks in Indonesia. Bank BNI was formed in 1946 and recognized as the first wholly-owned state bank in Indonesia. Bank BNI initially registered as the Central Bank of Indonesia and entrusted with the issuance and management of Rupiah (Indonesian currency) bank notes. In 1955, the status of Bank BNI evolved to that of a commercial bank. At present, Bank BNI is the 4th largest public banks in Indonesia in terms of total assets, loans and deposits. According to Bank BNI's 2013 annual report as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BNI posted Rp 386.65 trillion in total assets (16% assets growth year-on-year), Rp250.63 trillion in total loans (24.9% loan growth yoy), and Rp 291.89 trillion in total deposits (13.3% deposit growth yoy) at the end of 2013.

Officer Development Program (ODP)
Test Location :

- Palembang - Ref.Code : 1/2014/PALEMBANG/MAY/ODP
- S1/S2 with minimum GPA : 2.75 PTN/ 3.00 PTS (scale 4), majoring in
- Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Agriculture, Fishery, Forestry, Plantation, Animal Husbandry, Law and Business Adimistration.
- Maximum age of 26 years (S1) or 28 years old (S2).
- English literacy, spoken and written.
- Excellent command in English, both in spoken and written
- Acknowledge in operating Microsoft Office applications.
- Take up the challenge, strong analytics and leadership skill.
- Having organizational experience, computer skill and good writing ability would be an advantage.
- Willing to undergo bond and to be placed in all parts of Indonesia.
