Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Economy Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Telco Company.
- Have a good skill and knowledge of HR management, competency development, individual development planning.
- Having experienced manage Technical skill training.
- English literacy, spoken and written.
