Superintendent - Industrial Relations
(Permanent Position)
Requirements
- S1 majoring in Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation.
- Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
- Capability tdnegotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
- Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.
(Permanent Position)
Requirements
- S1 majoring in Mining Engineering.
- At least 2 years experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
- Have a good computing and data analysis programmers skills.
- Familiar MINEX software.
(Fixed-Term 24 Months)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in mechanical disciplines (preferably coal fire power plant construction /operation, rotating machinery) with sufficient exposure capital projects.
- Understand project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
- Familiar /experience working in a dynamic project environment

Requirements
- S1 majoring in Mining Engineering or Geologist with 1 - 2 years experience working in a coal quality environment.
- Lateral thinking and problem solving skills are essential tachieve the production and quality targets.
- Recognise and understand coal quality and standards tanalyse coal, for example ISO, ASTM, etc.
- Possess numerical skill (working with numbers); able tcollect and analyse data of coal quality, and monitor the implementation of the plan.
- Recognise and understand each specification that relates tcoal quality required by each buyer in the contract.

Requirements
- S1 majoring in in Mining or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Mining or Engineering or Supply Chain
- Minimum 1-year experience in Contract.
- Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
- Negation skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims and meetings.
(Fixed-Term 12 Months)
Requirements
- Minimum D3 with 2 years experience in the field of electrical drafting
- Senior High School with 4 year experience in the field of electrical drafting.
- Experience in computerized drafting systems and able toperate AutoCAD.
- Familiar with as built drawing activities is an advantageous
(Fixed-Term 24 Months)
Requirements
- S1 majoring in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry.
- Have an understanding of how tmanage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plants electrical and control systems.
(Permanent Position)
Requirements
- Have a degree in computing or other relevant subjects, and/or hold a relevant certificate(s) from Microsoft or other recognized organization in computing services.
- Have experience and proven skills in user support environment (minimum 5 years) with a broad knowledge in the field of computing and communications and a strong organization and planning capability.
- Have experience in people management with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role (with direct subordinates).
- Having good willing tsolve any problem or doing some research & development tget solution or improvements.
- Having knowledge on security & AV matters.
- Having knowledge on CCTV concepts/designs.
- Having knowledge on data recovery concepts.
- Microsoft Certified Holder.
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
