PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) - PT KAI (Persero) or KAI is the Indonesian railway operator, based in Bandung West Java. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is fully-owned by the Indonesian Government and running business in providing a general transportation services using railways, including passenger services, cargo transportation, and also assets managements. To support its business activites, KAI operates 6 strategic subsidiary companies, among others PT Reska Multi Usaha, PT Railink, PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek, PT KA Pariwisata, PT KA Logistik and PT KA Property Management. According to KAI's 2012 annual report as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) posted Rp 425 billion in net profits for the end of 2012, a 111.44 percent increased from the same period of last year.

General Rquirements
All recruitment process will held at 4 areas, namely Semarang, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta and Palembang. Each participants are only allowed to follow the selection in 1 (one) selection area.

General Rquirements
- Education
- Undergraduate program (S1) : Electro Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma program (D3) : Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design.
- Indonesian citizen (WNI).
- Maximum age per 30 April 2014:
- S1 : maximum age 35 years old.
- D3 : maximum age 30 years old.
- Minimum accreditation:
- S1 : from PTN / PTS accredited "A" on the date of graduation.
- D3 : from PTS accredited "A" and PTN accredited "B" on the date of graduation.
- GPA of at least 2.95
- Male, minimum height 160 cm.
- No ties directly work with other agencies including at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) .
- Good character as evidenced by a valid Police Records (SKCK).
- Never involved with drugs and or psychotropic.
- Not pierced and tattooed.
- Willing to be placed around the working area of the company.
