PT Marga Mandalasakti - MMS is a reputable toll road operator in Indonesia. The Company has 72.5 KM of
Tangerang-Merak toll road, connects Tangerang and the port of
Merak on the north-western tip of Java with a concession period up to
2047. MMS is an affiliate company of publicly listed diversed group PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group). MMS commenced its commercial operations in 1990. In 2005, Astra Group -through its infrastructure and
logistic subsidiary PT Astratel Nusantara- with Citigroup Financial
Products Inc (Citigroup) acquired a majority stake in PT Marga
Mandalasakti. At present, PT Astra International Tbk through PT Astratel Nusantara holds 79.3% shares in MMS. According to Astra Group's 2013 annual report as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Marga Mandalasakti recorded 41 million vehicles in traffic volume in 2013, a 9% increase from previous year (37.5 million traffic volume).
