PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java - PHE ONWJ is a leading upstream oil company in Indonesia. The Company headquartered in Jakarta and having 8,300 square meter upstream production area in the Offshore North West Java blocks (ONWJ) spanning from north of Cirebon West Java to Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta. In ONWJ block, the Company controls 58.2795% participating interest (PI). While the rest was owned by Energi Mega Persada ONWJ Ltd (36.7205%) and Risco Energy ONWJ Ltd (5%). In ONWJ block, PHE ONWJ
has 11 flow stations, 222 platforms, 3 ORF (Onshore Receiving
Facilities) and 1 FSPO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading). PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java is a dircetly owned by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi and an affiliate of national energy company PT Pertamina (Persero). In February 2013, PHE ONWJ Marunda Shorebase rewarded the Zero Accident Award from the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in any disciplines, preferably Psychology or Law.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of HR, preferably at oil & gas industry.
- Having solid knowledge in Performance Management System; Competency or Talent management; Job Analysis.
- Having proper understanding in WP&B from SKKMIGAS.
- Possess competency or behavior event interview skills.
- Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal.
