Requirements
- Education Background:
- S2/S1 Legal Studies.
- Capabilities and competencies:
- Knowing and understanding the Indonesian law and international law.
- Knowing and understanding the oil business and operational.
- Knowing and understanding the laws relating to petroleum.
- Knowing and understanding the business law.
- Having the ability to negotiate.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
Requirements
- Education Background:
- Legal Studies.
- Capabilities and competencies:
- Arbitration & Mediation skills
- Litigation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowing and understanding the Indonesian and international law.
- Knowing and understanding the process of inquiry and investigation of competition issues.
- Knowing and understanding the proceedings at the forum / institutions arbitration / court.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience specifically related to conflict and dispute

- Legal Drafting.
- Knowing and understanding the Indonesian law and international law.
- Know and understand the oil business and operational.
