Marketing Communication (M-COM)
Requirements
- Male or Female, maximum age 29 years old per 1 June 2014.
- S1/S2 in the field of Business Management or Marketing with minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal) and 1 other foreign language.
- Experienced in lead a marketing group at least 2 years, especially in handling the management of marketing strategies.
- Having solid experience and knowledge in the field of promotion and marketing communication.
- Computer literate, especially in terms of marketing communication activities and presentations.
Requirements
- Male/Female
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2).
- At least 14 years of experience in the field of human resources.
- Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
- Experienced at oil and gas company.
- Experienced as Organization and People Development Head.
- Having experience in transforming Human Resources and organization.
- Having the ability to analyze and think strategically in planning and developing human resources and organizational.
- Having experience in talent management, performance management management, and organizational restructuring
