D4/S1 : Power Lines Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Power System (Code : S1/ELE), Electronics / Control / Instrumentation (Code : S1/ALE), Civil Engineering (Code : S1/SIP), Mechanical Engineering (Code : S1/MES), Industrial Engineering (Code : S1/IND), Management, majoring in Management, Business Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Commerce Administration, and Marketing Management (Code : S1/MAN).
2. D3 : Power Lines Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Power System (Code : D3/ELE), Electronics / Control / Instrumentation (Code : D3/ALE), Civil Engineering (Code : D3/SIP), Mechanical Engineering (Code : D3/MES), Management, majoring in Management, Business Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Commerce Administration, and Marketing Management (Code : D3/MAN).
• Status Single (has never been married) and willing to not get married during the pre-service training period.
• Passed S1/D4 or D3 of Diponegoro University (UNDIP), Semarang State Polytechnic (POLINES), Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Vocational School UGM (SV UGM), Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Bandung State Polytechnic (Polban), Padjadjaran University (UNPAD), University of Indonesia (UI), Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ), Brawijaya University (UB), Malang State Polytechnic (Polinema), Airlangga University (UNAIR), and Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS).
• Age limits
• S1/D4 : birth on 1988 and thereafter.
• D3 : birth of 1990 and thereafter.
• Grade Point Average (GPA)
• GPA ≥ 2.75 for Electro Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering .
• GPA ≥ 3.00 for Management.

2. Curriculum Vitae (CV);
3. Copy of birth certificate (if not already there, please bring at the time of the interview);
4. Legalized copies of academic/graduation certifiacate (SKL) and academic transcripts;
5. Copy of ID card (KTP);
6. Recent color photograph size 3x4 (2 sheets and write your name on back side of the photo);
7. For Cross Channel applicants (D3 are forward D4/S1), must attach legalized copies of D3 transcripts and D3 diploma.
