PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) - Pupuk Indonesia or known as Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (PIHC) is Jakarta based state-owned integrated fertilizer holding company and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company is already established since 1959 and initially operated as PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero). The name of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) was launched in 2011. The Company operates 14 urea plants and 13 ammonia plants through its 7 directly owned subsidiaries, namely PT Petrokimia Gresik (99.9% share ownership), PT Pupuk Kujang (99.9%), PT Pupuk Kaltim (99.9%), PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (99.9%), PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (99.9%), PT Rekayasa Industry (90.06%), and PT Mega Eltra (98.73%). PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) booked Rp 5.09 trillion as its total comprehensive income for the end of 2012, according to PIHC Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com. This represents an increase of 24.76 percent versus Rp 4.08 trillion in 2011.

2. S1 Marketing Management
3. S1 Agriculture - Soil Science
4. S1 Agriculture - Agronomy

General Requirements

• S1 graduates with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00) - Accreditation BAN PT "A"
• Maximum age 26 years old
• TOEFL score ≥ 450
• Living a healthy life and no smoking
• Willing to be placed in all working area of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) throughout Indonesia
• Able to work together with a team
• Have a good personality and communication skills
