PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) - Pupuk Indonesia or known as Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (PIHC) is the largest fertilizer producer in South East Asia with total production capacity of 12.71 million tonnes per year through 14 urea plants and 13 ammonia plants. PIHC is an integrated fertilizer holding company in Indonesia and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. At first establishement in 1959, the Company initially operated as PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero). In 2011, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) was transformed into PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) as a fertilizer holding company. PIHC has 7 directly owned subsidiary namely PT Petrokimia Gresik (99.9% share ownership), PT Pupuk Kujang (99.9%), PT Pupuk Kaltim (99.9%), PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (99.9%), PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (99.9%), PT Rekayasa Industri (90.06%), and PT Mega Eltra (98.73%). According to PIHC's 2012 Annual Report as cited by JobsCDC.com, PIHC booked Rp 5.09 trillion as its total comprehensive income for the end of 2012,  This represents an increase of 24.76 percent versus Rp 4.08 trillion in 2011.
