Construction Manager
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of working experience in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project as a Construction Engineer and minimum 3 years as a Managerial or Senior Engineer.
- Age of candidate under 40 years old (mandatory requirement).
- Experienced in the field of construction engineering and management of the construction.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering and management principles.
- Experienced in the field of planning for heavy lifts, road and access construction, transport logistics, both onshore and offshore, loading and unloading techniques, marine interfaces, layout of storage and pre-fabrication areas, pre-commissioning and commissioning testing techniques, and SIMOPS with operations.
- Candidate have experience with manning requirements and temporary facilities specification, tie-ins to existing facilities.
- Experienced in construction safety with working at heights, work site safety protection, energy isolation, vehicle safety and underground hazard and excavation are required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of working experience in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project as a Process Engineer and minimum 3 years as a Senior Process Engineer.
- Candidate shall have experience with process design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil/Structure Engineering.
- At least 12 years of working experience in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project as a Building Engineer and 3 years as a Senior Material Engineer.
- At least 12 years of working experience in engineering design and/or field engineering of petrochemical-related facilities, futher to the above have experience of at least one building FEED work with more than 1 year of duration.
- Have experience for all the aspects of building FEED work including basic design of structure, HVAC, Electrical and Fire Protection of buildings, and sometime act as lead engineer.
- Have experience to design administrative buildings such as administration building, dormitory, clinic, etc.
- Have experience to design buildings in petrochemical project such as central control building, electrical substation building, laboratory, workshop, and warehouse, etc.
- Have experience with material design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Material Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 7 years of working experience in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project as a Material Engineer and minimum 3 years as a Senior Material Engineer.
- Have experience with material design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Material Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 7 years of working experience in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project as a Pipe Stress Engineer and minimum 3 years as a Senior Pipe Stress Engineer.
- Have experience with material design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- At least 7 – 10 years experience in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project as a Project Control and minimum 3 years as a Project Control.
- Familiar with Primavera.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- At least 2 years working experience as a 3D Engineer.
- Open for fresh graduate for engineering degree in having capable and courses in 3D design system (exp: PDMS, SP-course, etc)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, with maximum age of 30 years old.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in relevant major.
- At least 2 years of proven track record of experience in corporate or project-based purchasing management related position, particularly in EPC is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written (TOEFL score of min. 500 or equal).
- Familiar with the following activities and reports:
- Vendor sourcing and solicitation (including but not limited to suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, etc.)
- Aanwijzing and commercial bid evaluation
- PO and/or contract issuance
- Expediting and vendor relations management
- Internal audit preparation
- Able to compose representative business correspondence (RFQs, MOMs, etc.) and develop standard procedures and work instructions.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- A Vachelor degree.
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Personil and General Affair.
- Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written
- Eexperienced in arrange the Air ticketing for RJK expatriate for domestic and abroad.
- Experienced in arrange the Transportation (Car & Driver) for ±50 expatriate plus office operation car, (for checking the driver expenses for toll, parking, fuel consumption, overtime. etc.).
- Experienced in arrange drop off and pick-up services from/to Airport and others as per request.
- Experienced in arrange the Accommodation (Hotel & Apartment) including maintenance and housemaid, internet, TV Cable etc. for ± 50 expatriate.
- Experienced in handling purchase of office need & invoicing.
