PT Semen Jawa - SJW is an extensively growing cemen maker in Indonesia. The Company is a subsidiary company of Thailand-based cement giant Siam Cement Group (SCG Group). In Indonesia, SCG Group has strong reputation for more than 18 years. At present, SCG Group has 21 companies in Indonesia with a wide business portfolion, PT Keramika Indonesia Assosiai Tbk (through SCG Building Materials Co. Ltd. with 96.31% stake); PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (through SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd with 30.03% stake). SCG Group is continuing to expand its business in Indonesia with plans to build a new cement factory in Sukabumi West Java through its subsidiary, PT Semen Jawa. PT Semen Jawa's Sukabumi plant installed total production capacity of 1.9 million tons of cement annually. At present, its plants is under construction process and expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015.

In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT Semen Jawa is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:


Compensation & Benefit Staff

Requirements

• S1 from any major.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the field of compensation and benefit.

Logistic & Store

Requirements

• D3/S1 from any major.
• At least 1 year of working experience in store, logistic, warehose.

Accounting
Requirements

• D3/S1 from Accounting with GPA > 3
• At least 1 year of working experience

Production/Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• D3 majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil with GPA >2.75
• Fresh Graduate welcome

Mining Engineer

Requirements

• S1 majoring in Mining Engineering with GPA > 3.
• Experience in mining and cement industry.

Maintenance Engineer

Requirements

• S1 from reputable university majoring in Mechanical Engineering with GPA > 2.75
• At least 5 years of working experience in mining and heavy machine.
