PT Telekomunikasi Selular - Telkomsel is the market leader in Indonesian mobile cellular markets. By the end of 2013, Telkomsel maintains a total of 131.51 millions cellular subscribers, both post paid and pre paid subscribers. PT Telekomunikasi Selular is a strategic subsidiary company of state-owned full-services telecommunications giant PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or Telkom Group. The percentage of Telkom Group share ownership toward Telkomsel is 65%%. Other 35% shares was owned by Singapore telecommunications giant Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd (SingTel). During 2013, Telkomsel posted double digit growth in total assets. Telkomsel posted Rp73.33 trillion in the total assets as of December 2013, a 17 percent rise from Rp62.91 trillion in 2012.
