PATRIA is already established since 1983 and is based in Jababeka Industrial Estate Bekasi. PATRIA is a member of Astra Heavy Equipment, Mining, Energy (AHEME Group) through PT United Tractors Tbk. To supports its business activites, PATRIA establish several subsidiary and joint venture companies. PATRIA's subsidiaries including PT Patria Maritim Line, PT Patria Maritim Industri, and PT Patria Perkasa Melati. PATRIA's joint venture company consist of PT Komatsu Patria Attachement, PT Andalan Multi Kencana, and PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya.
