PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA is a major state-owned enterprise (SOE) running business in construction and investment. The Company was formed in 1960 as a nationalization results of Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vie en Co (NV Vis en Co). At first establishment, the Company initially registered as an electrical and water pipe installation company. At present, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk is 65.15% owned by the Government of Indonesia. Other shareholders of WIKA are 18.8% domestic investors, 14.45% foreign investors, and 1.6% WIKA employee. Acording to WIKA's 2013 annual report published earlier this year as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA produced satisfactory results in 2013. Total assets of WIKA significantly rise 14.28 percent worth as Rp12.59 trillion, better than 2012 period.

In line with its continued expansion program, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions

Manager Konstruksi (Code : MK)

Requirements

• Male, minimum 33 years of age
• Minimum S1 Civil Engineering/Architecture
• At least 7 years of experience at building projects
• Able to plan and working methods through the S-curve
• Able to work under pressure
• Have a good communication skill
• Able to work in team
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia

Quality Control (Code : QC)

Requirements

• Male
• D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering (Building)
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• At least 3 years of experience at building projects (3 projects in 3 years)
• Able to calculate the volume
• Have a good communication skill
• Have a good understanding of engineering drawings, and also project contract
• Active in English Engineering
• Able to operate the softwares of AutoCAD, 2D and 3D
