Total E&P Indonesie - TEPI or a forefront multinational investment company with main business in energy sectors. The Company is a member of integrated oil and gas giant Total S.A (Total Group). In Indonesia, Total has been active since 1986 and operates 2 companies, namely Total E&P Indonesie and PT Total Oil Indonesia. The Company is the first gas producing operator in Indonesia and concentrated its operations in the Offshore Mahakam block in East Kalimantan. At present, Total E&P Indonesie contributes about 80% of the Bontang LNG Plant supply while Indonesia represented 8% of Total Group’s oil production in 2008. In 2011, Total E&P Indonesie acquired 50% of interest in 1,500-square kilometer Kutai Timur coalbed methane (CBM) block, in East Kalimantan Province.

To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, Total E&P Indonesie is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

HR Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S2) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• Have a good skills in SAP, HR reporting, HR SOP.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.

Senior Drilling Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S2) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum/Oil/Gas Engineering or equivalent.
• Have a good skills in Swamps and offshore rigs, Directional Drilling, LWD/MWD.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent. Job role in Drilling/Well Engineer or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Drilling Superintendent

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S2) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum/Oil/Gas Engineering or equivalent.
• Have a good skills in Well Control IWCF, BOSIET Training.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent. Job role in Drilling/Well Engineer or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Marine Inspector

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 majoring in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Have a good skill in ISM Auditor.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or Others.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
