PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN or known as Bank BTN is Jakarta based public bank with main focus in providing mortgage banking services. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is majority owned by the Indonesian Government with 60.14% shares ownership. Bank BTN was founded during the reign of the Dutch in 1987 as "Postspaarbank". In 1950, the Bank's name changed into Bank Tabungan Pos by the Indonesian Government and the transformed into Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. At the end of 2013, the number of branches of Bank BTN amounted to 820 office networks, inlcuding conventional and sharia office networks. Bank BTN also supported by 1,504 proprietary ATMs, and 2,922 outlets by the Post Office Online Outlets throughout Indonesia. Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• S1 majoring in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, MIPA, Law, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Psychology.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).

Supporting Staff Grade - 11 (SS-11)

Requirements

• D3, preferably majoring in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, MIPA, Law, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Psychology.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).

Supporting Staff Grade - 9 (SS-9)

Requirements

• D3 majoring in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, MIPA, Law, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Psychology.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).

Customer Service (CS)

Requirements

• D3 all major.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).

Teller Staff (TS)

Requirements

• D1 all major.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).

Sekretaris (SKR)

Requirements

• D3 all major (preferably majoring in secretarial).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).

General Requirements

1. Indonesian Citizens (WNI).
2. Male orFemale
3. Not married.
4. Maximum age as of 31 September 2014
• Maximum age of 26 years old (ODP)
• Maximum age of 24 years old (Non ODP)
5. Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female)
6. Good looking.
