PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk - HIL or known as Holcim Indonesia is one of the largest cement makers in Indonesia, based in Jakarta with operations in 2 countries, Indonesia and Malaysia. Holcim Indonesia was first established in 1971 as PT Semen Cibinong. In 1977, PT Semen Cibinong listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange under ticker code SMCB and become the first public listed company in Indonesia. PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk was officially launched in 2006. Holcim Indonesia is a member of Holcim Ltd (Holcim Group). Holcim Group through Holderfin BV holds 80.64% shares in Holcim Indonesia. At the moment, Holcim Indonesia has 3 cement plants, located in Cilacap Central Java, Narogong West Java and Tuban East Java (under construction). The Company also operates 2 cement grinding stations, situated in Johor Bahru Malaysia and Ciwandan. According to Holcim Indonesia's 2013 annual report as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Holcim Indonesia closed the business year of 2013 with a positive result marked by total sales growth of 7.5% to Rp 9.686 billion in 2013 from Rp 9,011 billion in 2012.

Requirements
- Minimum D3 majoring in Administration, Accounting.
- Ar least 1 year of working experience in current position and 3 - 5 years experiences in the field of administration, preferably in a large company.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and SAP User.
- Good command in English both oral and written.
- Good financial knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a good time management and reporting skills.
- Solid knowledge of technical report writting.
- Understanding project management approach.
