PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or PLN is a non listed state-owned electricity company and is 100 % owned by the Government of Indonesia. PLN was first established in 1961 as the Electricity and Gas Unit under the Ministry of Energy and Public Works. The name of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) was officially launched in 1994. As of December 2013, PLN has 48 business units, 11 directly owned subsidiares, 8 associates, and 2 joint ventures. As of December 2013, PLN supported by approximately 63,204 trained personnels. In 2013, PLN succeeded in posting overall improvement in its performance with booked electricity sales of 187,541 GWh for the year ending December of 2013, up 7.8% versus 2012. Education required

1. D4/S1 :
• Electro Engineering, Strong Currents, Power Engineering, Power (Code : S1/ELE).
• Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code : S1/ALE).
• Mechanical Engineering (Code : S1/MES).
2. D3 :
• Electro Engineering, Strong Currents, Power Engineering, Power (Code : D3/ELE).
• Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code : D3/ALE).
• Civil Engineering (Code : D3/SIP).
• Management ; Business Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Commerce Administration, and Marketing Management (Code : D3/MAN).

General Requirements

• Single (not married) and willing to not get married during the pre-service training period.
• Age limits
• S1/D4 : birth on 1988 and thereafter.
• D3 : birth of 1990 and thereafter.
• Grade Point Average (GPA)
• GPA ≥ 2.75 for Electro Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering .
• GPA ≥ 3.00 for Management.

Documents Required

1. Application letter which addressed to PT PLN (Persero) cq Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta;
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV);
3. Copy of birth certificate;
4. Legalized copies of academic/graduation certifiacate (SKL) and academic transcripts;
5. Copy of ID card (KTP);
6. Recent color photograph size 3x4 (2 sheets and write your name on back side of the photo);
7. For Cross Channel applicants (D3 are forward D4/S1), must attach legalized copies of D3 transcripts and D3 diploma.
8. All applicants are only allowed to select one (1) field / majors appropriate to level of education.
