At present, Saipem SpA holds majority shares in PT Saipem Indonesia through Saipem International BV (68.55%) and Saipem Asia Sdn Bhd (31.45%). PT Saipem Indonesia is recognized as the the international EPC company for Oil & Gas industry at the Island of Karimun. In 2011, PT Saipem Indonesia started to operate the Saipem Karimun Fabrication Yard (Karimum Branch) at Karimun Regency, Riau Islands province.
To support the bussiness expansion and its organic growth, PT Saipem Indonesia is looking for experienced highly competent and self motivated profesionals to fill the following position
Travel Officer
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent required; Four year college degree in business related discipline or travel industry, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Hold Travel Management certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience within the Travel Management Business required.
- At least 7 years of working experience in Corporate Travel Management is preferred.
- Experience working with Conference/Event Planning Departments preferred.
- In depth knowledge of travel, air, hotel, auto and other travel related areas required.
- Knowledge of online booking tools and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- Equivalent experience in corporate travel programs with financial firms preferred.
- Strong management skills preferred.
