PT Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero) - Asei Re is a state-run general insurance company and is wholly-owned by the Government of Indonesia. Previously known as PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero). At the beginning of July 2014, PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) was transformed into PT Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero). Asei Re is the sole Export Credit Agency of Indonesia for non-oil and gas commodities with more than 29 years of experience in providing export credit and general insurance services, including export credit insurance, credit insurance and guarantees, suretyship and general insurance. As of December 2013, Asei Re is based in Jakarta has 21 branch offices and 32 marketing offices throughout Indonesia. According to Asei Re's latest financial statement (Asei Re Financial Reports 2013) as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Asei Re recorded total assets of Rp Rp 1.91 trillion in 2013 or 46.79% higher from Rp 1.30 trillion in 2012.

Organization Development Analyst
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum S1 in Psychology or equivalent major from a leading university (GPA min 3.00).
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Experience in making and implementation recruitment and assessment.
- Experience create and making process performance management, job description, career path, organization structure and job grading.
- Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Good command in English will be advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Good personality, detail oriented, positive attitude and team player.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum S1 in all major from a leading university, preferably majoring in Accounting or Economics (GPA min 3.00).
- Preferably experience in the field of insurance, banking or financial industries
- Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Good command in English will be advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Good personality, detail oriented, positive attitude and team player.
