Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from reputable university, majoring in Business/ Psychology/ Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• Experience in organizational/leadership development, project management, coaching, and training.
