PT Bank Mega Tbk - Bank Mega is Jakarta based privately-owned commercial bank, a member of diversified conglomerate CT Corpora (formerly Para Group). At the time, CT Corpora through PT Mega Corpora owned 57.82% shares in Bank Mega, while the remaining 42.18% was owned by public. Bank Mega was first established in 1969 as Bank Karman in Surabaya.
