PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN or known as Bank BTN is the Country's largest mortgage banks which is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of December 2013, the Government of Indonesia owned 60.14% shares in this company. Bank BTN was first established during the reign of the Dutch in 1987 as "Postspaarbank". In 1950, the Bank's name renamed into Bank Tabungan Pos by the Indonesian Government. The name of Bank Tabungan Negara officially launched in 1963. At the end of 2013, the number of branches of Bank BTN amounted to 820 office networks (including conventional and sharia office networks), 1,504 proprietary ATMs, and also supported by 2,922 outlets by the Post Office Online Outlets throughout Indonesia. Bank BTN’s performance in 2013 improved over the previous year. Total assets climbed 117.38 percent to Rp131.17 trillion.Bank BTN’s net profit as of December 2013 reached Rp 1.56 trillion, compared to Rp  1.36 trillion in December 2012. Requirements

• Indonesian Citizens (WNI), Male or Female, single/not married.
• Minimum an undergraduate degree (S1) with minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00), majoring in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, MIPA, Law, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Psychology.
• Maximum age of 26 years old as of 31 September 2014.
• Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female).
• Good looking.
