- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of risk management or credit risk management, preferably experienced at oil and gas company.
- Have a good communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Project, Outlook).
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
Business Strategic Development Supervisor

- Having experience as Business Strategic Development Supervisor.

- Have a good analytical, planning, and organization skills

People/Organizational Development Supervisor (PDS)
Requirements
- Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum S1 majoring in Law, Psychology, Management.
- Maximum 2 years of working experience.
- Experienced in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Understanding of the job analysis.
- Understanding of the organizational structure.
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia.
HR & GA Manager (HRM)

- Male/Female, maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum S1 from Psychology, Law or Management.
- Having solid knowledge of Industrial Relation and Organization Development
- At least 5 years of working experience in the field of HR.
