PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or PLN is the national electricity company of Indonesia and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. PLN was first established in 1961 as the Electricity and Gas Unit under the Ministry of Energy and Public Works. The name PT PLN (Persero) was established in 1994. PLN is based in Jakarta and its operational activities supported by 48 business units, 11 directly owned subsidiary companies, 8 associate companies, and 2 joint venture companies. During the year 2013 the growth of PLN remains solid, marked by total electricity sales significantly rise 7.8% worth as 187,541 GWh, better than 2012 period (173,991 GWh). Total customers went up by 8.43% from 49.79 million customers in 2012 to 53.99 million customers in 2013. This was stated by PT PLN (Persero) in its 2013 annual report as quoted by JobsCDC.com.

• Male or Female for education code : S2/ELE and D3/MAN.
• Single (not married) and willing to not get married during the pre-service training period for education level of D3/D4/S1.
• Age limits
• S2 : birth on 1985 and thereafter
• S1/D4 : birth on 1988 and thereafter.
• D3 : birth on 1990 and thereafter.
• Grade Point Average (GPA)
• GPA ≥ 3.25 for education code : S2/ELE.
• GPA ≥ 2.75 for education code : S1/ELE, S1/ALE, S1/MES, S1/SIP, S1/IND, D3/ELE,
  D3/ALE, D3/MES, D3/SIP.
• GPA ≥ 3.00 for education code : S1/MAN and D3/MAN.
