PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or PLN is the national electricity company of Indonesia. PLN was formerly known as the Electricity and Gas Unit of the Ministry of Energy and Public Works, which was established in 1961. The name PT PLN (Persero) was established in 1994. The Company is a non-listed state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of the end of 2013, the number of networks of PLN amounted to 48 business units, 11 directly owned subsidiares, 8 associates, and 2 joint ventures. As of December 2013, PLN supported by approximately 63,204 trained personnels. In 2013, PLN succeeded in posting overall improvement in its performance with booked electricity sales of 187,541 GWh for the year ending December of 2013, up 7.8% versus 2012. General Requirements

• Education requirements
• D4/S1 majoring in Electro Engineering, Strong Currents, Power Engineering, Power (Code : S1/ELE).
• D4/S1 majoring in Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code : S1/ALE).
• D4/S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering (Code : S1/MES).
• D3 majoring in Electro Engineering Strong Currents / Power Engineering, Power (Code : D3/ELE).
• D3 majoring in Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code : D3/ALE).
• D3 majoring in Civil Engineering (Code : D3/SIP).
• D3 majoring in Management ; Business Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Commerce Administration, and Marketing Management (Code : D3/MAN).
• Single (not married) and willing to not get married during the pre-service training period.
• Age limits
• S1/D4 : birth on 1988 and thereafter.
• D3 : birth on 1990 and thereafter.
• Grade Point Average (GPA)
• GPA ≥ 2.75 for Electro Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
• GPA ≥ 3.00 for Management.

Documents Required

1. Application letter which addressed to PT PLN (Persero) cq Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta;
2. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV);
3. Copy of birth certificate (akte kelahiran);
4. Legalized copy of academic/graduation certifiacate (SKL)
5. Legalized copy of academic transcripts;
6. Copy of valid ID card (KTP);
7. Recent color photograph size 3x4 (2 sheets and write your name on back side of the photo);
8. For Cross Channel applicants (D3 are forward D4/S1), must attach legalized copies of D3 transcripts and D3 diploma.
