PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or PLN is the Indonesian national electricity company which is responsible to electricity generation, transmission and distribution in the Indonesia. PLN was established in 1961 and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises. As of December 2013, PLN had a total installed capacity of 46,104 MW, including IPP and Lease. The financial performance of PT PLN (Persero) in 2013 showed a good improvement. The assets grew by 8.46% with 10.61% growth in revenue and electricity sales growth of 21.15%. PLN's total assets as of December 2013 reached Rp 595.9 trillion, compared to Rp 549.4 trillion in December 2012. The Company revenue in 2013 reached Rp 257.4 trillion compared to 2012 which was Rp 232 .7 trillion. Total electricity sales in 2013 worth as Rp 153.5 trillion, better than 2012 period (Rp 126.7 trillion). This was stated by PT PLN (Persero) in its 2013 annual report as quoted by JobsCDC.com.

Education Required
Undergraduate degree (S1) or 4 years diploma degree (D4), majoring in : Electrical Engineering, Power Lines, Power Engineering, Power (Code: S1/ELE), Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code: S1/ALE).
3 years diploma degree (D3), majoring in : Engineering Electrical Power Lines / Power Engineering / Power (Code: D3/ELE), Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code: D3/ALE), Civil Engineering (Code D3/SIP), Management for study programs / majors: Business Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Commerce Administration, Marketing and Management (Code: D3/MAN).
General Requirements
Status marriage of Single (not married) and willing to not get married during the pre-service training period.
Passed S1/D4 or D3 with age limits
S1/D4 : birth on 1988 and thereafter.
D3 : birth on 1990 and thereafter.
Cumulative grade point average (GPA) ≥ 2.75 for Electro Engineering, Electronics and Civil Engineering and GPA ≥ 3.00 for Management.
All applicants are only allowed to select one (1) field / majors appropriate to level of education.
