PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) - PT INKA (Persero) or commonly abbreviated as INKA is Madiun based intregrated raiways and urban transportation manufacturing company. INKA is a non-listed state-owned company which all shares was owned by the Government of Indonesia. INKA manufacturers railways products (railway coach), and other transportation products such as automated container transporter, monorel, automated people mover system, articulated car, and track motor car. INKA's products have spread and operated in many countries in the world, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philiphines, Thailand, Bangladesh, and Australia. INKA was first established 1981 as a transformation results of Balai Yasa Lokomotif Uap held by PJKA (now PT Kereta Api Indonesia). INKA has 2 subsidiaries, namely PT Rekaindo Global Jasa and PT Ralindo Global Karya. As of December 2012, INKA has 871 employees. In 2012, INKA’s total revenue reported 11.33% down, from Rp 715.2 billion in 2011 to Rp 634.1 billion. - Able to draw engineering drawing 2D/3D and familiar with drawing softwares.
- Computer literate and understand the use of Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel and Power Point).

- Minimum GPA of 3.00 for D3/S1.
- No tattooed and pierced.
- Able-bodied (as evidenced by the original health certificate from the government doctor).
- Well-behaved and has never been involved in criminal activity expressed Police Records (SKCK).
- Have experience in the same field, as evidenced by a certificate of work experience of at least 1 year.
