PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) - SMF Indonesia or commonly abbreviated as SMF is the Secondary Mortgage Corporation of Indonesia and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Finance. SMF was founded in 2005 to promote and develop Indonesian secondary mortgage markets through providing secondary mortgage finance. SMF Indonesia is domiciled in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Grha SMF - Jl Panglima Polim I No 1 Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta 12160. SMF Indonesia continued delivering a satisfactory performance in 2013 and recorded a growth of 21.02% in total assets amounted to Rp 7,477 billion over the previous year (Rp 6,178 billion). Requirements
- S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Experienced dealing with office building project.
- In deep knowledge of civil planning, civil planning, architecture, interior, landscape and mechanical engineering.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Having the ability to plan, accurate and disciplined.
- Status : Contract Employee.
Requirements
- S1 Communication or Business Administration.
- Experienced in the field of administration at financial institutions.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a team and disciplined.
- Status : Permanent Employee.
