Drilling Operations Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree (S1).
• At least 10 years of Drilling experience in a Well Site Supervisory role either for Operating Company or Contractor.
• Advanced training in Drilling, Well Control, Blow Out Prevention Equipment and Procedures, Drilling Fluids Technology, Cementing, Wellbore Stability and Well Site Safety.
• Firm understanding of rig equipment, safety programs and procedures.
• Experience implementing safety programs to build strong onsite safety culture.
• Strong leadership, mentoring skills and knowledgeable in well cost management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
