PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) - PT INKA (Persero) or widely known as INKA is a state-owned company in Indonesia, based in Madiun East Java and running business in the field of intregrated raiways and urban transportation manufacturing. The Company is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. INKA was founded in 1981 as a transformation results of Balai Yasa Lokomotif Uap held by PJKA (now PT Kereta Api Indonesia). INKA now has 2 subsidiary companies, namely PT Rekaindo Global Jasa and PT Ralindo Global Karya. As of December 2012, PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) have a workforce of over 871 people. In terms of financial performance, INKA’s total revenue reported 11.33% down, from Rp 715.2 billion in 2012 to Rp 634.1 billion in 2011. This figures was stated by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises in its State-onwed company profiles 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Requirements
- Female.
- Have a Diploma Degree (D3) in Secretarial / Secretarial Academy with minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
- Active in English.
- At least 2 years of working experience as Secretary.

- Have a Diploma Degree (D3) in Administration with minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).

- At least 1 year of working experience in the field of export/import.

- Having work experience in the field of accounting or working at the public accounting firm (KAP) will be an advatage.

- Have a Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical, Electricity and Building.
- Minimum average academic transcript of 7.00.
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Not older than 27 years (for D3) or 24 years (for SMK) of age as of 1 November 2014.
- Have excellent health (as evidenced by the original medical certificate from the government doctor).
- Well-behaved and has never been involved in criminal activity expressed Police Records (SKCK).
- Employment status as staff with Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT).
