PT Medco Power Indonesia - MPI or widely known as Medco Power is fast growing power generation company in Indonesia. PT Medco Power Indonesia commenced its commercial operations in 2004 and is a joint venture company between a reliable investment firm Saratoga Capital and publicly listed energy company PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk with shares of 51 percent and 49 percent, respectively. At present, Medco Power operates 2 gas-fired power generation plants in Batam and 3 gas-fired power generation plants in South Sumatra, 1,320 MW Maintenance and Operation contracts of Tanjung Jati B Power Plant in Jepara Central Java. The Company also operates mini hydro power projects in Simonggo-Tornauli Sumatera (8 MW) and Cianjur West Java, including Cibalapulang 1 (9MW), Cibalapulang 2 & 3 (13 MW) and Pusaka Parahiangan (15MW).

Requirements
- Minimum age of 30 years old.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Conversion.
- At least 2 years of proven experience project in Power Plant, especially in Hydro Power Generation.
- Willing to be assigned in remote area (Cibalapulang, Cianjur).
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Strong experience in financial modelling/valuation, investment management, acquisition and due diligent.
- Broad knowledge in IPP Business, PPA, and EPCC will be an advantage.
- Preferably for applicants with bakground from consulting company of big four public accounting firm (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, KPMG and Deloitte).
Requirements
- Minimum age of 35 years old.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or related technical discipline, advanced degree in Geothermal Engineering will be an advantage.
- Must be experienced in the field of geothermal industri for at least 7 years.
- Proven track record in maintaining and monitoring geothermal plant project, specially in upstream development.
- Strong experience in directing, coordinating, planning and overseeing tasks and operation activities at geothermal power generation plants.
- Experience in develop budgets, schedules and maintain daily logs and other related work is an advantage.
- Having POP/POM/POC certificate is a plus.
