PT PANN Multi Finance (Persero) - PT PANN (Persero) or widely known as PANNMF is a reputable state-owned enterprise in Indonesia running business in financing services for shipping industry, including Financial Lease, Factoring and other services (Vessel Monitoring System, Planned Maintenance System, Fuel Monitoring System). The Company was formed in 1974 as PT Pengembangan Armada Niaga Nasional (Persero) by the Government of Indonesia with the aim to develop maritime industry in Indonesia. In 2004, PT Pengembangan Armada Niaga Nasional (Persero) renamed to PT PANN Multi Finance (Persero). The majority of PANNMF's shares is owned by the Government of Indonesia with 93% shares ownership. Other 7% was owned by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, the country's strongest public bank. In terms of financial performance, PANNMF successfully recorded its total assets of Rp 3,440 billion (unaudit) in June 2014, an increase of 6.89% from Rp 3,218 billion in December 2013 (audited). - Minimal Bachelor (S1) majoring in Law, preferably from a leading state university (PTN) with minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Having working experience in the field of legal for 3 - 4 years.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Have good English language skills (active).
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Have a good analytical and decision making skills.
- Familiar witj MS Office.
