PT Saptaindra Sejati - SIS is a subaidiary company of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (Adaro Group) that deals with coal mining and hauling contractors services. Adaro Group is one of the largest coal mining companies in Indonesia. SIS was first established in 1991 as PT Dianlia Setyamukti, a subcontractor for heavy equipment company. In 2002, the Company tranformed into PT Saptaindra Sejati. As of December 2013, PT Saptaindra Sejati have a heavy equipment units of over 1,300 units, including 250-tonne haul trucks and 400-tonne excavators. In terms of financial performance, total revenue that has been recorded by PT Saptaindra Sejati is amounted to US$ 410.3 million or 16.3% down from the previous year mainly due to lower coal prices. This figures was stated by Adaro Group in its 2013 annual report as quoted by JobsCDC.com.

- Male, not older than 25 years old
- Have a Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical, Automotive, Electro, Electronics, Conversion Energy.
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) 2,75 - up (DPP Plant / Log).
- Single with good health (physically and mentally fit).
- Never been enlisted as a candidate for PT Saptaindra Sejati in between 2012 - 2013.
