PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) - PTSI or widely known as Surveyor Indonesia is Jakarta-based state-owned inspection company with more than 23 years of experience in providing inspection services, including survey, assessment, appraisal, inspection, auditing, monitoring and also consulting services. The Company was established in 1991 based on a notarial deed No 154 dated 29 July 1991 of Muhami Salim SH. At present, the majority of PTSI's shares is owned by the Government of Indonesia with 85.12% shares ownership. Other remaining shares was owned by Societe Generale de Surveillance SA and PT Sucofindo (Persero), respectively 10.40% and 4.48%. In terms of financial performance, PTSI successfully recorded its total net profit of Rp 63.10 billion in the first semester of 2014 (un audited, ended in 30 June 2014), an increase of 39.09% from Rp 45.36 billion in June 2013 (audited).
