PT Toyota Astra Financial Services - Toyota Astra Finance or commonly abbreviated as TAFinance is Jakarta-based automomotive financing firm with rapid business expansion. TAFinance was first established in 1994 as PT KDLC Bancbali Finance. The name of PT Toyota Astra Financial Services was launched in 2006 after PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group), the Indonesian largest business group and Toyota Financial Services Corporation (TFSC), a subsidiary company of Toyota Motor Corporation purchased shares of PT KDLC Bancbali Finance. As of December 2012, TAFinance has 23 branch offices, 3 sub branch offices and 1 representative office nationwide. TAFinance has recorded a good performance in the fiscal year 2012. Total net profit continue to grow by 41.43% to Rp 243.4 billion from Rp 172.1 billion in 2011. Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Requirements
  • Minimum D3 with minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Not older than 25 years.
  • Strong power to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Independent and eager to learn.
  • A team player and able to establish strong relationships.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Customer Service Officer.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • High integrity.
Desk Relationship Officer (DERO)

Requirements
  • Minimum D3 with minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Not older than 28 years.
  • Strong power to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Independent and eager to learn.
  • Have a good persuasion skill.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Customer Service Officer.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • High integrity.
Surveyor (SUR)

Requirements
  • Minimum D3 with minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Not older than 28 years.
  • Strong power to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Independent and eager to learn.
  • A team player and able to establish strong relationships.
  • Have a good persuasion skill and able to influence others.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • High integrity.
  • Have personal vehicle and SIM C/A.
  • Understanding the placement area.
Sales Officer (SO)

Requirements
  • Minimum D3 with minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Not older than 28 years.
  • Strong power to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Independent and eager to learn.
  • A team player and able to establish strong relationships.
  • Have a good persuasion skill and able to influence others.

Collection Team (FC)
