PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - TMMIN is a amultinational automotive joint venture company between Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group), respectively with share ownership of 95% and 5%. TMC is the largest automotive company in the world from Japan, while Astra Group is the largest business conglomerates in Indonesia with strong business portofolio in the field of automotive. TMMIN was founded in 2001 and engaged in assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles. TMMIN also running business in spare parts manufacturer. In Indonesia, Toyota has a long history for over 40 years. TMMIN is domiciled in Jakarta and supported by 4 production plants located at Sunter Jakarta and Karawang West Java. In addition, TMMIN plans to build its new engine plant in Karawang West Java with a total investment of US$214.49 million and scheduled for operation in 2016.

General Requirements

• Education
• University graduate, majoring in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial,  Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science, Metallurgy, Psychology, International Relation, Business Management
• Academy graduate, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacture, Civil, Management Information and Administration.
• GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
• Age max. 27 for University graduate and 25 years old for Academy graduate.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
