PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN or widely known as Bank BTN is a state-owned public-listed bank in Indonesia with rapid business expansion. In terms of financial performance, Bank BTN successfully booked total assets of Rp 142.43 trillion in the end of September 2014, an increase of 15.50% (yoy) from Rp 123.32 trillion in the previous year mainly due to the growth on loan and deposit. Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) from the faculty of Economic, Engineering, Computer Science/Informatics, MIPA, Law, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Psychology.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 in scale of 4.00.

Customer Service

Requirements

• Have a 3 years Diploma program (D3) in all majors.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 in scale of 4.00.

Teller Staff

Requirements

• Have a 1 year Diploma program (D1) in all majors.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 in scale of 4.00.

General Requirements

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
2. Male/Female.
3. Single/not married.
4. Maximum age of 26 years old for ODP position (not repeated year 27 per 31 December 2014).
5. Maximum age of 25 years old for non ODP positions (not repeated year 25 per 31 December 2014).
6. Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
7. Good appearance.
