PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk - BRI AGRO is a subsidiary company state-owned lender PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Bank BRI). As of June 2014, BRI AGRO is owned majorly by Bank BRI with 80.43% shares and the rest is owned by DAPENBUN with
14.02% shares and the publics with 5.55% shares. BRI AGRO is a commercial bank in Indonesia with focus on agribusiness segment. BRI AGRO was established in 1989 and initially registered as Bank Agroniaga. In 2012, Bank Agroniaga changed into PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk. Bank BRI Agro now has 12 branches, 10 sub branches, 2 cash offices, 1 payment points in all over Indonesia. According to BRI AGRO Financial Report Q2 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BRI AGRO booked an increase in its operational performance. The Bank posted an increase of 134.66% in total comprehensive profit from Rp 13.179 billion in June 2013 to Rp 30.927 billion in June 2014.

Requirements
- Preferably Male.
- Single/not married.
- Good looking.
- Minimum height of 170 cm.
- Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) from the faculty of Economic, Management, Accounting, Banking, Business.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S1 PTN) or 3.00 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S2).
- Maximum age of 25 years old for S1 and fresh graduate and maximum 27 years old for S2 or for those who have banking experience at least 1 year.
- Have a good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a team or individually.
- Have a good health, both physically and mentally.
- Proficient in computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to follow all selection process held by Bank BRI Agro.
- Willing to be placed in all working units of Bank BRI Agro.
