IT Operations
Requirements
- Minimum S1 majoring in IT, Computer, Engineering.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Willing to work in shift.
- Fluency in English both oral & writing.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office usage.
- Experience in installation and configuration of applications, servers and workstations.
- Knwoledgeable in CISCO switches and configuration.
- Firm understanding of LAN, WAN, and data communication technologies.
- Exposure to ITIL and Service Management practices and procedures (preferred).
- Work location at Ambon (must be local resident and living in same city as work location).
