• Maximum age of 45 years old (1)
• Minimum D3 (1) and minimum SMA (2).
• Preferably experienced in the field of Life Insurance for at least 2 years (1, 2) and experienced in the field of marketing in other industries (1, 2).
• Target oriented (1).
• Have a good managerial and leadership skills (1).
• Good looking, spirit and confidence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have have the entrepreneurial spirit.
• Honest and responsible
• Willing to follow the requirements of the test recruitment Unit Manager (1) and Field Underwritter (2).
