- Having banking experience at least 10 years and 3 years as Branch Head in Sharia Banking.
- Having banking experience at least 8 years with 4 years in managerial level (BM).
- Having banking experience at least 4 years with 2 years in managerial level (SBM).
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills.
