Requirments
- Minimum education of University Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR specialist, preferably in C&B knowledge.
- Have a good knowledge of Change Management, global and local HR processes.
- Have a good knowledge of Indonesia Manpower regulation.
- Have a good knowledge of Global and Local HR Systems.
- Exception Handling.
- Records Information Management.
- Fluency in English both oral & writing.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Possess excellent analytical skills/logical thinking.
