Small Facility Modification Team Leader
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all Engineering.
- At least 10 years of working experience in managing projects (development, engineering, maintenance and construction) within oil and gas industry, and exposure in project construction site, engineering house, interface with government, contractors, third party.
- Having experience in developing quality business process, manual, procedures, and programs in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Advanced knowledge of facility modification MOC cycle process.
- Possess an advanced level of experience, judgement and practical knowledge of facilities, standards & codes, and engineering principles.
- Able to lead groups or multidiscipline team, work with peers and communicate/influence with others.
- Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing) is a must.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office usage (Word, Excel, Power Point).
