PT Toyota Astra Motor - TAM is one of the largest automotive companies in Indonesia which is already established since 1971. PT Toyota Astra Motor is a sole agent of all Toyota brand in Indonesia, including distribution and after-sales services. PT Toyota Astra Motor is a jointly controlled company between Indonesian diversified conglomerates PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group) and Japanese Automotive Giant Toyota Motor Corporation. At present, Astra Group ows a 51 percent stake in TAM with the remainder of the shares belonging to Toyota Motor Corporation. Today, PT Toyota Astra Motor supported by 5 main dealer networks, namely PT Astra Intenational Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation (Auto200), PT New Ratna Motor (Nasmoco), PT Hasjrat Abadi, PT Agung Automall, and NV Hadji Kalla Trd Co. According to Astra Group Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Toyota controls 35% market shares in Indonesian automotive markets in 2013 or lower than 36% in 2012. Toyota was able to expand sales by 7% from 406 thousand units in 2012 to 435 thousand units in 2013.

Logistic Staff

Requirements

• Have a Diploma Degree (D3) in any Engineering background.
• Demostrated good analytal thinking, self motivated.
• Possess excellent communication skill.
• Strong knowledge in automotive area.

Customer Relation Staff

Requirements

• Have a Diploma Degree (D3) in any disciplines.
• Experienced in handling customer.
• Strong interest in automotive industry.
• Possess excellent communication skill.

General Requirements

1. GPA > 3.00.
2. Maximum age of 25 years old.
3. Fluent in English (oral and written).
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
5. Preferable those with organizational experience.
